This is the card every dog goes home with. Kirstie boards just one dog at a time and trains them the kind way, so yours comes back happy, settled, and a little bit brilliant.

The three ways to stay

Board, train, or the one everyone comes for

Every dog is different. Pick the stay that fits yours. Or tell us the problem and we'll point you the right way.

Our signature stay

Board & Train

The full stay. Your dog lives with Kirstie and trains with her every day: house manners, recall, lead walking, calm around other dogs, the lot. You get proper holiday cover, and come home to a noticeably better-behaved dog.

  • Four to five short training sessions every day, filmed as much as possible
  • A written training plan and this report card to take home
  • A one-hour review when you collect your dog: watch the footage together, talk through everything Kirstie's done, and set a clear plan for home

Your dog comes back better-behaved, and you leave knowing exactly how to keep it going.

Boarding

Kirstie takes just one dog at a time, so yours gets her full attention, time, and focus. That one-to-one approach means the highest standard of care, personalised training, and steady progress right through their stay.

Training

One-to-one, reward-based sessions for the things that matter to you: recall, loose-lead walking, calm greetings, puppy foundations. At your dog's pace, and kept genuinely fun.

How it works

The kind way — and why it sticks

  1. 1

    Mark the moment

The instant your dog gets it right, we mark it with a clear word or a click. No confusion about what earned the reward.

  2. 2

    Reward it

A treat, a toy, a proper fuss. The behaviour just became worth repeating, because your dog chose it.

  3. 3

    Make it stick

We build it up gently until it holds up in the real world — in the garden, on the path, and around other dogs.

With Kirstie's help, expertise, kindness and care she has given me huge confidence in handling and settling my new dogs into their new home. My dogs adore her and look forward to seeing her as much as I do — she always knows how to help sort out any worries I may have about their progress. Kirstie's brilliant with the dogs and brilliant with understanding their owners too! It's been the best start for me for bonding with and understanding my young dogs!

Kirstie has been absolutely amazing with Tufty. She started training her when she was a puppy, at a point when we were completely lost and didn't know what we were doing! Kirstie gave us so much support and helped turn Tufty into the happy, well-behaved dog she is today. Tufty has also stayed with Kirstie for a few holidays and absolutely loves going — she always comes home calm, happy and somehow even better trained than when we dropped her off! It's such a relief knowing she's with someone we completely trust and who genuinely cares for her. I honestly couldn't recommend Kirstie enough.

We've been working with Kirstie since Otis was a puppy, and she has been absolutely fantastic. She's so friendly and a very talented dog trainer. We especially love her group training classes — they are always fun and supportive. Since practising the skills from her classes, Otis has become so much more manageable and able to focus on us even in exciting outdoor environments. We're really grateful for all of Kirstie's guidance and couldn't recommend her more highly!

Kirstie is great with my dogs and their behaviour has greatly improved. They and I are more confident on walks. Kirstie was patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The progress we have made is excellent, and Winston and Hugo are much calmer. With the training now in full force, they have made a significant amount of progress. I cannot thank Kirstie enough for all of her help and patience. 100% recommend Kirstie to help with training and walking!

Kirstie is amazing. She's been walking and training my two-year-old Enzo since he was 7 months, and I've done several one-to-ones which have been great at training both of us. She's made a huge difference and played a big part in shaping Enzo into the dog he is today. She's kind and patient, which is a big part of training dogs, so I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Kirstie has been a fantastic 1:1 trainer for my 4-month puppy. Her knowledge, clarity of explanation and understanding has been of great benefit. She has been so supportive and has helped increase my confidence with our dog walks and behaviour around our home. The additional online training videos enabled a visual way of learning to remind us what we had done practically in our 1:1 sessions. It's a positive-reinforcement approach that has suited us and our puppy, enhancing our relationship.
